elle, love the blog. I’ve seen most of these places, but there are some surprises. Here’s my dilemma. I bought most of Borders Shelving and what not at auction last week and thought I should start a coffee/book/dvd/cinema shop. But where? Oh and I have to move 425 linear feet of book shelves Tomorrow.
Nice blog! Re your question about places to set up a juice bar: What about that really cute old hotel building on the s. corner of 13th St. and William?
Thank you! And you’re absolutely right. The Prague Hotel is an excellent spot! Unfortunately, it has no bathrooms or plumbing to run all the kitchen water we’d need to get it up to health department specs. That would make it a pricy reno. It would be the perfect spot for some sort of dry goods retail shop.
